Disclosure of wrongdoing in the workplace

2010-2011, third quarter

• Allegations concerning a personal wrongdoing were received. An investigation by an external consultant confirmed a breach of ethics had taken place and appropriate measures have been taken.  It was confirmed that there was no impact on the integrity of any data.
• Alleged ethical breaches concerning the administration of a work unit were investigated and deemed to be founded. Changes were made to the work area and action imposed on those implicated. No data were compromised.
