Aboriginal ancestry only
 
This category includes persons who reported First Nations (North American Indian), Métis, and/or Inuit ancestry but does not include persons who reported a non-Aboriginal ethnic origin(s).

Single Aboriginal ancestry (only)
 
This category includes persons who reported only one of First Nations (North American Indian), Métis or Inuit ancestry.

First Nations (North American Indian) single ancestry
 
This category includes persons who reported only First Nations (North American Indian) ancestry.

Métis single ancestry
 
This category includes persons who reported only Métis ancestry.

Inuit single ancestry
