Questionnaire

The CCHS Cycle 3.1 interview will be approximately 45 minutes in length. This will consist of: 25 minutes of Common Content asked of all respondents, 5 minutes of ‘Sub-Sample’ Content asked of a sub-sample of respondents large enough to generate reliable provincial and national estimates, 10 minutes of Optional Content determined by the health region in which the respondent lives, and 5 minutes of basic socio-economic and demographic information.
