Registration

All fees are in Canadian dollars. The registration fee for the IT Conference includes the reception at the conference site on Wednesday, April 6, 2005.

Registration fee : $ 400 per participant plus any applicable taxes.
Early Bird fee: $ 365 (on or before March 4, 2005) plus any applicable taxes.

Advance registration is recommended for the IT Conference as space is limited.

Cheques should be made payable to the "Receiver General of Canada ." Interdepartmental settlements will apply for all federal government employees. Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted for non-government and International participants only.

Accommodation

Because of the many events being held in Ottawa , hotel rooms will be very limited. Therefore, we have reserved a block of guestrooms for participants at the IT Conference 2005 from the following hotel. These rooms will be held until the deadline date designated. After the deadline, reservations will be accepted on space availability basis only. Reserve in advance!

The Novotel Ottawa is located in the heart of Canada’s capital, just 5 minutes walk to the Ottawa Congress Centre, the Rideau Centre (1 million square feet of shopping, dinning and theatre), the Byward Market (Ottawa’s dinning and entertainment district) and Ottawa’s business district.
