Registration

We would like to thank everyone for their interest in the Blue Sky II Forum. Due to overwhelming demand, registration is now closed. If you require information about the Forum, please contact the Forum Secretariat at bluesky@statcan.gc.ca.

Cancellation policy

There are no refunds for registrants but substitutions will be permitted until September 1, 2006. Please advise the Forum Secretariat in advance for substitutions or cancellation. Please contact the Forum Secretariat by fax, mail or e-mail for any withdrawal or substitution. We will not be liable for travel or accommodation expenses.

You have two ways to register for Blue Sky II:

1. Complete the registration form (PDF) and fax (+1 613-951-9920) or mail it to the Blue Sky II 2006 Forum secretariat or;
2. Complete the fillable registration form (PDF) and send by e-mail at bluesky@statcan.gc.ca or fax (+1 613-951-9920) or mail it to the Blue Sky II 2006 Forum secretariat. You require Adobe Acrobat 7.0 to complete this form.

You are not registered until you have received a confirmation.

Registration includes three continental breakfasts, three lunches and coffee breaks. Deadline to register is June 30, 2006. After this date call us and check whether space is still available at the Conference, before making your travel and hotel reservations. Final registration closes Friday, September 1, 2006.

All participants must be registered.
