To register, please download and complete the Registration Form and return by fax or mail, with the appropriate payment, to the below address:

Registration includes two continental breakfasts, two lunches and coffee breaks. Space is limited - register early!

Full Registration (after March 31st, 2009): $450.00
Early Bird Registration (on or before March 31st, 2009): $400.00
Speaker Registration: $400.00
University and non-profit organization: $180.00
Student Registration (space is limited): $ 80.00

Methods of payments

StatCan employees must supply a reference number (fiscal year 2009-2010) and a signature on the form.

Interdepartmental settlements (fiscal year 2009-2010) will apply for all external federal government employees.

Cheque and Money order "payable to the Receiver General of Canada."
Credit Card: please complete the registration form, fax and contact the “Conference Secretariat” at 613-951-1135 - All fees are in Canadian dollars.

You are not registered until you have received an e-mail confirmation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received in writing, prior to April 17, 2009, will receive a full refund.. After that date no refunds will be made, but substitutions will be permitted. Please advise the Conference Secretariat before April 24, 2009 for substitutions. However, if you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged the full registration fee. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the conference participants.
