To register, download and complete the Registration Form and return by fax or mail, with the appropriate payment, to the address below.
Lunches and refreshments are included in the registration fee.
For federal government employees
StatCan employees must supply a reference number (fiscal year 2010-2011) and a signature on the form.
Other federal government employees must use Interdepartmental Settlements (fiscal year 2010-2011).
For non-federal government employees
Cheque or money order: Payable to the “Receiver General of Canada" and mail to Statistics Canada, Main Building, Room 1104, 150 Tunney’s Pasture Driveway, Ottawa, Ontario K1A OT6.
Credit card: Please fax the Registration Form and contact the Conference Secretariat at 613-951-1135.
All fees are in Canadian dollars.
Canadian residents must include any applicable taxes

Cancellations received in writing, prior to April 2nd, 2010, will receive a full refund. After that date no refunds will be made, but substitutions will be permitted. The Conference Secretariat must be advised before April 9, 2010 for substitutions. However, if you do not cancel on time and do not attend, you will be charged the registration fee. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the conference participants.
