How to go to the Hilton Hotel and its Conference Centre:

From Ottawa: Take the Macdonald-Cartier bridge and follow the signs to get on highway 5 north. Get off the highway at exit 3 (boulevard du Casino) and turn right on boulevard du Casino. The Hilton Hotel and its Conference Centre are at the end of boulevard du Casino.  Hotel and Conference Centre parking is free.

From Gatineau: From highway 50 or from downtown Gatineau, follow the signs to get on highway 5 north. Get off the highway at exit 3 (boulevard du Casino) and turn right on boulevard du Casino. The Hilton Hotel and its Conference Centre are at the end of boulevard du Casino.  Hotel and Conference Centre parking is free.

By bus: Gatineau public transportation is provided by the STO while Ottawa's is provided by OC-Transpo. The STO's bus route 30 will satisfy most Symposium participants since it offers a link from downtown Ottawa to the Hilton Hotel area in Gatineau, through Rideau street, Wellington street, Du Portage bridge, boulevard Maisonneuve and boulevard de la Carrière, for $3.00 per trip. Please find the exact schedules, routes and stops at the above public transportation sites and do not mix up your blue and pink STO buses with the red and white OC-Transpo buses.
