The Daily. Friday, April 5, 2002 Accounting services price indexes2000 (preliminary)Accounting services price indexes (ASPI) are now available for 2000. The ASPI compare, in percentage terms, prices in a given year to prices in the official base period (1999=100). The ASPI measure changes in the prices for accounting services such as auditing, tax preparation and bookkeeping services. The release of 2000 indexes is the first year of release for this survey, and may be subject to revision. These indexes are available at national and regional levels.
