Thursday, September 12, 2002 Steel wire and specified wire productsJuly 2002Shipments of steel wire and specified wire products totalled 61 129 metric tonnes in July, up 12.6% from 54 311 tonnes in July 2001. Year-to-date shipments to the end of July totalled 453 015 tonnes, up 1.8% from 444 840 tonnes in the same period of 2001. Production and export market data for selected commodities are also available. Available on CANSIM: table 303-0010. The July 2002 issue of Steel wire and specified wire products, Vol. 57, no. 7 (41-006-XIB, $5/$47) is now available.
