Monday, January 31, 2005 Computer and Peripherals Price IndexesNovember 2004Prices for commercial computers, as measured by the Computer and Peripherals Price Indexes (2001=100), were down 5.7% in November compared with a month earlier. Consumer computer prices, representing computer brands and models normally purchased by consumers and small businesses fell 5.4%. In the case of computer peripherals, both monitor prices (-4.7%) and printer prices (-5.0) were down from October. These indexes are available at the Canada level only.
