Tuesday, December 13, 2005 Dairy statisticsOctober 2005 (preliminary)Consumers purchased 268 500 kilolitres of milk and cream in October, virtually unchanged from October 2004. Sales of milk dropped 0.4% compared with the same period a year earlier while sales of cream increased 6.5%. Definitions, data sources and methods: survey numbers, including related surveys, 3430, 3431 and 3432.
