Friday, March 10, 2006 Business Dynamics in Canada1991 to 2003 The publication Business Dynamics in Canada, 2003 (61-534-XIE, free), now available, was created using data from the Longitudinal Employment Analysis Program (LEAP) file. It contains summary tables with information on various aspects of business. These include business creation (births or entry); business destruction (deaths or exits); distribution of firm and employment by size knowledge-based industry and geography; survival rates of firms by knowledge-based industry; and average size of business by knowledge-based industry and by size of firm.
