Consumer Price Index, July 2009

Consumer prices fell 0.9% in the 12 months to July 2009, following a 0.3% decrease in June. Excluding energy, the Consumer Price Index rose 1.8% year over year in July. On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, consumer prices fell 0.3% from June to July.
