Couriers and Messengers Services Price Index

The Couriers and Messengers Services Price Index decreased 0.4% in December compared with November. The courier portion fell 0.4%, while the local messenger component declined 0.5%.

The index advanced 7.3% in December compared with the same month in 2010.

Note: The Couriers and Messengers Services Price Index is a monthly price index measuring the change over time in prices for courier and messenger services provided by long and short distance delivery companies to Canadian-based business clients.
