Data on the annual mean, and seasonal mean temperature departures from normal and precipitation percentage departure from normal are now available. Departures from normal are defined as departures from the 1961 to 1990 normal in Celsius degrees (temperature) and percentage departure (precipitation).

These data are housed in the Adjusted and Homogenized Canadian Climate Data archives held by Environment Canada.
