Correspondence files linking 2014 health regions to 2011 Census geographic codes as well as digital boundary files are now available in the publication Health Regions: Boundaries and Correspondence with Census Geography. Health regions are defined by the provinces and represent administrative areas or regions of interest to health authorities.

In addition, 2011 Census and 2011 National Household Survey data for health regions are also available in CANSIM.

The publication Health Regions: Boundaries and Correspondence with Census Geography (Catalogue number82-402-X) is now available from the Browse by key resource module of our website under Publications.
