Shipments of asphalt shingles reached 3.6 million metric bundles in June, up 4.2% from the previous month and 16.0% higher compared with the same month a year earlier.
Production of asphalt shingles increased 3.6% from May to 3.1 million metric bundles in June, while production was 10.5% lower compared with June 2014.
