Supply and use tables, 2010, 2011 and 2012
The Canadian System of Macroeconomic Accounts (CSMA) underwent a comprehensive revision in 2015 to remain relevant by adopting new concepts, methods, classification systems and data sources. These changes are incorporated into the input-output data released for 2010, 2011 and 2012.
The 2015 comprehensive revision has introduced a major presentational change to the national, provincial and territorial input-output tables. The previous CSMA input-output presentation differed from the international standard and the practice found in most national statistical organizations. The CSMA has aligned its presentation with the international standard and replaced the presentation referred to as the input-output tables with the new supply and use tables.
The product Supply and Use Tables, 2010, 2011 and 2012 (15-602-X), is now available upon request.
