Scheduled air passenger origin and destination: Canada–United States, 2013 and 2014

Over 21.5 million passengers travelled on scheduled air services between Canada and the United States in 2014, up 6.6% from 2013.

The volume of passengers travelling between Canada and the United States rose in eight provinces and all three territories. Ontario posted the largest gain (+509,798 passengers), while New Brunswick recorded the largest decline (-3,518 passengers) in 2014.

Transborder travel continued to be primarily to and from the states of California and Florida. Together, these two states accounted for 36.4% of all traffic, with California representing 18.3% and Florida 18.1%.
