The volume of milk and cream sold totalled 256 839 kilolitres in April, up 1.8% from the same month the previous year.

In April, sales of milk were up 1.3% from the same month the previous year to 226 538 kilolitres, while cream sales increased 5.0% to 30 301 kilolitres.
