Canadian manufacturers produced 1.5 billion cigarettes in January, up 32.7% from December. Cigarette production was down 6.4% compared with January 2017.
Compared with December, the total number of cigarettes sold decreased 31.4% to 1.3 billion in January, up 7.9% from January 2017.
