Shipments of asphalt shingles totalled 3.4 million metric bundles in January, up 126.2% from the previous month. Compared with January 2017, shipments were 31.9% lower.
Production of asphalt shingles increased 67.6% to 3.8 million metric bundles in January, while production was 6.3% higher compared with January 2017.
