Lumber production rose 20.8% from December to 5 829.2 thousand cubic metres in January, up 0.3% from January 2017.
Sawmills shipped 5 291.7 thousand cubic metres of lumber in January, up 10.0% from December but 2.9% lower than in January 2017.
