Canadian manufacturers produced 1.8 billion cigarettes in March, up 20.2% from February. Cigarette production decreased 3.6% compared with the same month a year earlier.
Compared with February, the total number of cigarettes sold increased 20.5% to 1.7 billion, up 4.8% compared with March 2017.
