Unedited data may contain errors or miscalculations, thereby causing the information to be wrong or incomplete. This inaccurate information requires editing before being released to the public. Return to question 4
The error in this survey questionnaire is found in the respondent's answer. The respondent should have entered the number of bedrooms in part (ii) instead of the response "yes". Return to question 5a
There are two errors in this example. First, the question asked the respondent to mark only one of the provided answers. Instead, the respondent marked two answers. The second error is that both the "divorced" and "never married" responses were marked. No one can be divorced if they haven't married! Return to question 5b
In this example, the respondent claims that he or she went to work on a motorcycle. But the respondent also checked off the "did not go to work" circle. If the person did not go to work, then he or she could not have traveled to work by motorcycle. Return to question 5c
However, the respondent could legitimately mark both the "motorcycle" and "work from home" fields, because the person could have been driving to his or her home (a possible work place) from somewhere else.
