Counting Canadians
What is life like for us? What was it like for those who came before us? Explore
how people in the past kept records of what was important to them and how
statistics can tell stories about our lives today. This activity can be adapted
to history, literature and statistics classes for grades 3 through 12.
Provincial Showdown
Simulating a team of marketing specialists, students research and develop
a presentation on a particular province or territory, to convince companies
that it provides the best possible investment environment. This activity is
suitable for geography, business studies and consumer education classes at
the intermediate and secondary levels.
