Drug offences
This week’s Spotlight is
on trends in drug offences. A new report from the Canadian Centre
for Justice Statistics shows that Canada’s
drug crime rate has hit a 20-year high. Much of the increase in drug
crime during the 1990s was the result of a surge in the rate of possession
