This figure shows the age pyramid for the work force in Canada. On it are represented seventeen age groups beginning with 15- to 19-year-olds and ending with 95 or older. For both male and female workers in each age group, the proportions of Canadian workers and non-permanent resident workers are presented.

A larger proportion of non-permanent resident workers than Canadian workers in general fall in the four age groups between 20 and 40 years old.
