Chart 26.2 is a bar chart showing the percentage of shoppers who made different types of purchases online in 2010.
Travel arrangements were purchased by 55% of online shoppers. The second-most common online purchase was entertainment event tickets, purchased by 48%.
Shoppers were least likely to buy software online. Twenty-three per cent of shoppers did so. The second least popular item was music, at 30%.
