Distribution of firm size of first new job in paid employment versus long-term job (LTJ), by sex and age group at LTJ exit, workers aged 50 or older, Canada, 1994 to 2010
Table summary
This table shows how the firm size of the first job held after leaving a long-term job compares to the firm size of the long-term job. A distribution of workers is presented by whether the new job was in a smaller, similar in size, or larger firm than the long-term job. The row headers list gender and whether the new job is in a firm of the same size as the long-term job, smaller or larger firm. The column headers show the age at long-term-job exit in five-year groups for which the distributions are calculated and the total.
