Model 2 includes five-digit SCTG fixed effects, is estimated using 10,888,696 observations, and has an R-squared value of 0.512. Model 3 includes carrier fixed effects, is estimated using 10,888,696 observations, and has an R-squared value of 0.535. Model 4 includes carrier two-digit SCTG fixed effects, is estimated using 10,888,696 observations, and has an R-squared value of 0.558. Model 5 includes carrier two-digit SCTG fixed effects, is estimated using 17,476,774 observations, and has an R-squared value of 0.537.
