This publication provides a broad spectrum of statistics on the Canadian hog industry. It contains information on inventories of animals, sows farrowed and farrowing intentions, supply and demand tables, number of farms reporting, average number of pigs per farm, hog production and prices. There is also a table outlining inventory and farrowing data for the United States.
