... but there are very large differences across fields of study. Undergraduate students in medicine pay the highest tuition, at $9,937 on average, followed by those in law who are paying an average of $7,334 for the 2007/2008 academic year. In contrast, average tuition fees for undergraduate students in education amount to $3,473.
