Definition of "Not seasonally adjusted data"

In this article, employment estimates are examined on a year-over-year basis (October to October) and are not adjusted for seasonal variation. The Labour Force Survey publishes seasonally adjusted data for aggregate estimates. Detailed estimates such as those used in this article are not seasonally adjusted.
