1. The sum of the provinces and territories does not add to the total for Canada, due to a small amount of GDP attributed to "outside Canada".
2. Nunavut was created on April 1, 1999. Prior to 1999, data for Nunavut are included with data for the Northwest Territories. This creates a break in series for the Northwest Territories in 1999.
