The upper limit, p of sub u, is equal to a ratio made of the following numerator and denominator: Numerator: (2 times n times p plus c squared plus 1) plus c times the square root of [c squared plus (2 minus (1 over n)) plus 4 times p times (n times q minus 1)] Denominator: 2 times (n plus c squared)
