This map shows the nine Health Authorities in Nova Scotia. South Shore District Health Authority, code 1211, is coloured orange. South West Nova District Health Authority, code 1212, is coloured green. Annapolis Valley District Health Authority, code 1223, is coloured grey. Colchester East Hants Health Authority, code 1234, is coloured dark brown. Cumberland Health Authority, code 1235, is coloured light yellow. Pictou County Health Authority, code 1246, is coloured pink. Guysborough Antigonish Strait Health Authority, codes 1247, is coloured yellow. Cape Breton District Health Authority, code 1258, is coloured brown. Capital District Health Authority, code 1269, is coloured purple.

Health Authorities are outlined by a thin black line and labeled in black text with their four digit health region code.

Water features are displayed on the map for reference purposes. Linear water features appear on the map as a thin blue line while water bodies are shaded blue. Some cities are labeled in black text, for reference purposes.
