Waterloo Wellington, code 3503, is coloured dark green. Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant, code 3504, is coloured dark pink. Central West, code 3505, is coloured yellow. Mississauga Halton, code 3506, is coloured light green. Toronto Central, code 3507, is coloured red. Central, code 3508, is coloured dark purple. Central East, code 3509, is coloured purple. South East, code 3510, is coloured blue. Champlain, code 3511, is coloured green. North Simcoe Muskoka, code 3512, is coloured dark brown. North East, code 3513, is coloured orange. North West, code 3514, is coloured brown.

Local Health Integration Networks are outlined by a thin black line and labeled in black text with their four digit health region code.

Water features are displayed on the map for reference purposes. Linear water features appear on the map as a thin blue line while water bodies are shaded blue. Some cities are labeled in black text, for reference purposes.
