This is a vertical bar graph that illustrates the percentage of the household population aged 20 to 79 years old who have no natural teeth in 1990, 2003 and 2009.
The Y axis is measured by percentages and increases by increments of ten from 0 up to 50.
On the X axis from left to right are all ages and the following age groups: 20 to 39, 40 to 59 and 60 to 79. Each group includes data for three years: 1990, 2003 and 2009.
The percentages of the respondents who have no natural teeth are the following:

Total: 1990 17.0%, 2003 5.7%, 2009 6.4%

Age group 20 to 39: 1990 4.0%, 2003 1.2%

Age group 40 to 59: 1990 20.0%, 2003 4.0%, 2009 4.4%

Age group 60 to 79: 1990 43.0%, 2003 19.1%, 2009 21.7%
Note that the data for age group 40 to 59 for 2009 should be used with caution as the data have a coefficient of variation from 16.6% to 33.3%.
