The Y axis lists all the provinces with Canada at top followed by Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, North West Territories and Nunavut.

The X axis from left to right measures the percentages and increases by increments of 10 from 0 to 60.
