The percentage of the male population aged 12 or older who were injured in the previous year was 15.5% in 2001, 15.3% in 2003, 16.2% in 2005, and 16.8% in 2009.

The percentage of the female population aged 12 or older who were injured in the previous year was 11.3% in 2001, 11.2% in 2003, 11.4% in 2005, and 12.6% in 2009.
