This vertical bar chart illustrates the percentage of Canadians who were at least moderately active during leisure time, by age group and sex in 2010.

The y-axis is measured by percentages and increases by increments of ten from 0 to 80.

Along the x-axis are the age groups. From left to right, the age groups are: Total; 12 to 19; 20 to 34; 35 to 44; 45 to 54; 55 to 64; and 65 or older. Each age category shows two vertical bars; one for males and one for females.

Of Canadians all ages, 54.94% of males, and 49.35% of females were at least moderately active during leisure time.

Of Canadians aged 12 to 19, 75.75% of males, and 65.36% of females were at least moderately active during leisure time.

Of Canadians aged 20 to 34, 59.13% of males, and 51.92% of females were at least moderately active during leisure time.

Of Canadians aged 35 to 44, 51.24% of males, and 48.35% of females were at least moderately active during leisure time.

Of Canadians aged 45 to 54, 49.41% of males, and 49.27% of females were at least moderately active during leisure time.

Of Canadians aged 55 to 64, 49.69% of males, and 47.5% of females were at least moderately active during leisure time

Of Canadians aged 65 or older, 47.29% of males, and 37.67% of females were at least moderately active during leisure time.
