The y-axis is measured by percentages and increases by increments of ten from 0 to 60.

Along the x-axis are the age groups. From left to right, the age groups are: Total; 12 to 19; 20 to 34; 35 to 44; 45 to 54; 55 to 64; 65 or older. Each age category shows two vertical bars; one for males and one for females.

Of Canadians all ages, 33.5% of males, and 47.2% of females reported consuming fruits and vegetables at least five times daily.

Of Canadians aged 12 to 19, 43.7% of males, and 44.0% of females reported consuming fruits and vegetables at least five times daily.

Of Canadians aged 20 to 34, 35.2% of males, and 45.4% of females reported consuming fruits and vegetables at least five times daily.

Of Canadians aged 35 to 44, 31.7% of males, and 48.8% of females reported consuming fruits and vegetables at least five times daily.

Of Canadians aged 45 to 54, 28.8% of males, and 48.0% of females reported consuming fruits and vegetables at least five times daily.

Of Canadians aged 55 to 64, 28.8% of males, and 48.5% of females reported consuming fruits and vegetables at least five times daily.

Of Canadians aged 65 or older, 35.3% of males, and 47.8% of females reported consuming fruits and vegetables at least five times daily.
