This is a line chart showing the percentages of males and females aged 12 or older who smoked daily or occasionally in the years 2001 to 2011. The markers are displayed at the years 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.

The Y axis is measured by percentages and increases by increments of five from 0 to 30.

On the X axis from left to right are the years 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.

The top line represents male population who smoked daily or occasionally, and the bottom line represents females.

The percentage of males who smoked daily or occasionally was 28.2% in 2001, 25.1% in 2003, and 23.7% in 2005. There were 24.7% of males who smoked daily or occasionally in 2007, 24.4% in 2008, 22.6% in 2009, 24.2% in 2010, and 22.3% in 2011.

The percentage of females who smoked daily or occasionally was 23.8% in 2001, 21.0% in 2003, and 19.9% in 2005. There were 19.4% of females who smoked daily or occasionally in 2007, 18.5% in 2008, 17.7% in 2009, 17.4% in 2010, and 17.5% in 2011.
