Includes the offences of inducing a young person, failure to comply with a sentence or disposition, publishing the identity of offenders, victims or witnesses and failure to comply with a designated place of temporary detention. 3. Includes, for example, assault with a weapon (level 2) and aggravated assault (level 3). Note: A case is one or more charges against an accused person or company that were processed by the courts at the same time and received a final disposition.
