A case is one or more charges against an accused person or company that were processed by the courts at the same time and received a final disposition. 3. Refers to the mid-point in the number of days taken to complete a case, from first to last court appearance. 4. Includes, for example, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, child pornography, luring a child via a computer and sexual exploitation. 5. Includes, for example, assault with a weapon (level 2) and aggravated assault (level 3). 6. Includes, for example, theft over and under $5,000 as well as taking a motor vehicle without consent. 7.
