Note(s): Includes legally married, common-law, same-sex, separated and divorced
spouses who reported having experienced violence within the 5-year period
preceding the survey. The proportion of males who reported contacting crisis
centres is not shown as it was too small to produce reliable estimates. Excludes
data from the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.
