Supply of culture products by type of establishment

Figure 3 illustrates in a table format that both culture and non-culture establishments, can have culture and non-culture products.  The rows stubs indicate the types of establishment: culture establishments and non-culture establishments. The columns headers represent type of product: culture products and non-culture products.  There are four table cells. In the row labelled culture establishments we can have 2 possible cells:  1. culture establishments with culture products and 2. culture establishments with non-culture products. In the next row, labelled non-culture establishments, we indicate two other cells: 3. non-culture establishments with culture products and 4. non-culture establishments with non-culture products.
