Notes: Data refer to individuals aged 16 to 74. For Canada, 2005 refers to individuals aged 18 to 74 and 2007 refers to age 16 to 74. For Australia, 2005 refers to individuals aged 18 or older for the reference period 2004 to 2005 and 2007 refers to age 15 or older for the period 2006 to 2007.
The EU-15 and EU-25 values refer to European Union 15-country and 25-country aggregate averages, respectively.
